We are committed to sourcing you the latest/most wanted pieces for your wardrobe, updating new items to our site on a daily basis.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our items are shipped from different warehouses (USA, China and Europe), and can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Items you have ordered may also arrive separately if shipped from different warehouses.

What is the returns policy?

Due to lengthy processing and shipping times, we no longer offer refunds.
Please choose your item sizing carefully when purchasing.

I've Pre-ordered a product, when will I receive it?

When you place a pre-order, you are ordering an item thats not currently in stock. After placing the order, our factories will make the item, and when shipped it can then take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
